We ship according to your requested ship date. For example, Oct 1. Normally UPS ground takes from 1 to 5 days depending on how far you are located from our warehouses.

Shipping Charges?

Although the product is imported, don't worry, we only add on standard shipping charges from our warehouse to your desination. We do not any surcharge to the shipping fees.

Call the office immediately at 312-396-8008 or email joe@triconnectinc.com. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. DO NOT issue a call tag. We will quickly resolve with a credit or replacement.
